1  To the chief Musician⁵³²⁹ upon⁵⁹²¹ Gittith,¹⁶⁶⁵ A Psalm⁴²¹⁰ for the sons¹¹²¹ of Korah.⁷¹⁴¹ How⁴¹⁰⁰ amiable³⁰³⁹ are thy tabernacles,⁴⁹⁰⁸ O LORD³⁰⁶⁸ of hosts!⁶⁶³⁵

2  My soul⁵³¹⁵ longeth,³⁷⁰⁰ yea even¹⁵⁷¹ fainteth³⁶¹⁵ for the courts²⁶⁹¹ of the LORD:³⁰⁶⁸ my heart³⁸²⁰ and my flesh¹³²⁰ crieth out⁷⁴⁴² for⁴¹³ the living²⁴¹⁶ God.⁴¹⁰

3  Yea,¹⁵⁷¹ the sparrow⁶⁸³³ hath found⁴⁶⁷² a house,¹⁰⁰⁴ and the swallow¹⁸⁶⁶ a nest⁷⁰⁶⁴ for herself, where⁸³⁴ she may lay⁷⁸⁹⁶ her young,⁶⁶⁷ even ⁸⁵³ thine altars,⁴¹⁹⁶ O LORD³⁰⁶⁸ of hosts,⁶⁶³⁵ my King,⁴⁴²⁸ and my God.⁴³⁰

4  Blessed⁸³⁵ are they that dwell³⁴²⁷ in thy house:¹⁰⁰⁴ they will be still⁵⁷⁵⁰ praising¹⁹⁸⁴ thee. Selah.⁵⁵⁴²

5  Blessed⁸³⁵ is the man¹²⁰ whose strength⁵⁷⁹⁷ is in thee; in whose heart³⁸²⁴ are the ways⁴⁵⁴⁶ of them.

6  Who passing⁵⁶⁷⁴ through the valley⁶⁰¹⁰ of Baca¹⁰⁵⁶ make⁷⁸⁹⁶ it a well;⁴⁵⁹⁹ the rain⁴¹⁷⁵ also¹⁵⁷¹ filleth⁵⁸⁴⁴ the pools.¹²⁹³

7  They go¹⁹⁸⁰ from strength^{4480 2428} to⁴¹³ strength,²⁴²⁸ every one of them in Zion⁶⁷²⁶ appeareth⁷²⁰⁰ before⁴¹³ God.⁴³⁰

8  O LORD³⁰⁶⁸ God⁴³⁰ of hosts,⁶⁶³⁵ hear⁸⁰⁸⁵ my prayer:⁸⁶⁰⁵ give ear,²³⁸ O God⁴³⁰ of Jacob.³²⁹⁰ Selah.⁵⁵⁴²

9  Behold,⁷²⁰⁰ O God⁴³⁰ our shield,⁴⁰⁴³ and look upon⁵⁰²⁷ the face⁶⁴⁴⁰ of thine anointed.⁴⁸⁹⁹

10  For³⁵⁸⁸ a day³¹¹⁷ in thy courts²⁶⁹¹ is better²⁸⁹⁶ than a thousand.^{4480 505} I had rather⁹⁷⁷ be a doorkeeper⁵⁶⁰⁵ in the house¹⁰⁰⁴ of my God,⁴³⁰ than to dwell^{4480 1752} in the tents¹⁶⁸ of wickedness.⁷⁵⁶²

11  For³⁵⁸⁸ the LORD³⁰⁶⁸ God⁴³⁰ is a sun⁸¹²¹ and shield:⁴⁰⁴³ the LORD³⁰⁶⁸ will give⁵⁴¹⁴ grace²⁵⁸⁰ and glory:³⁵¹⁹ no³⁸⁰⁸ good²⁸⁹⁶ thing will he withhold⁴⁵¹³ from them that walk¹⁹⁸⁰ uprightly.⁸⁵⁴⁹

12  O LORD³⁰⁶⁸ of hosts,⁶⁶³⁵ blessed⁸³⁵ is the man¹²⁰ that trusteth⁹⁸² in thee.

2 εὐδόκησας κύριε τὴν γῆν σου ἀπέστρεψας τὴν αἰχμαλωσίαν Ιακωβ

3 ἀφῆκας τὰς ἀνομίας τῷ λαῷ σου ἐκάλυψας πάσας τὰς ἁμαρτίας αὐτῶν διάψαλμα

4 κατέπαυσας πᾶσαν τὴν ὀργήν σου ἀπέστρεψας ἀπὸ ὀργῆς θυμοῦ σου

5 ἐπίστρεψον ἡμᾶς ὁ θεὸς τῶν σωτηρίων ἡμῶν καὶ ἀπόστρεψον τὸν θυμόν σου ἀφ᾽ ἡμῶν

6 μὴ εἰς τὸν αἰῶνα ὀργισθήσῃ ἡμῖν ἢ διατενεῖς τὴν ὀργήν σου ἀπὸ γενεᾶς εἰς γενεάν

7 ὁ θεός σὺ ἐπιστρέψας ζωώσεις ἡμᾶς καὶ ὁ λαός σου εὐφρανθήσεται ἐπὶ σοί

8 δεῖξον ἡμῖν κύριε τὸ ἔλεός σου καὶ τὸ σωτήριόν σου δῴης ἡμῖν

9 ἀκούσομαι τί λαλήσει ἐν ἐμοὶ κύριος ὁ θεός ὅτι λαλήσει εἰρήνην ἐπὶ τὸν λαὸν αὐτοῦ καὶ ἐπὶ τοὺς ὁσίους αὐτοῦ καὶ ἐπὶ τοὺς ἐπιστρέφοντας πρὸς αὐτὸν καρδίαν

10 πλὴν ἐγγὺς τῶν φοβουμένων αὐτὸν τὸ σωτήριον αὐτοῦ τοῦ κατασκηνῶσαι δόξαν ἐν τῇ γῇ ἡμῶν

11 ἔλεος καὶ ἀλήθεια συνήντησαν δικαιοσύνη καὶ εἰρήνη κατεφίλησαν

12 ἀλήθεια ἐκ τῆς γῆς ἀνέτειλεν καὶ δικαιοσύνη ἐκ τοῦ οὐρανοῦ διέκυψεν

13 καὶ γὰρ ὁ κύριος δώσει χρηστότητα καὶ ἡ γῆ ἡμῶν δώσει τὸν καρπὸν αὐτῆς

14 δικαιοσύνη ἐναντίον αὐτοῦ προπορεύσεται καὶ θήσει εἰς ὁδὸν τὰ διαβήματα αὐτοῦ

‎3 ‏נִכְסְפָ֬ה וְגַם־כָּלְתָ֨ה׀ נַפְשִׁי֮ לְחַצְר֪וֹת יְה֫וָ֥ה לִבִּ֥י וּבְשָׂרִ֑י יְ֝רַנְּנ֗וּ אֶ֣ל אֵֽל־חָֽי׃

‎4 ‏גַּם־צִפּ֨וֹר׀ מָ֪צְאָה בַ֡יִת וּדְר֤וֹר׀ קֵ֥ן לָהּ֮ אֲשֶׁר־שָׁ֪תָה אֶפְרֹ֫חֶ֥יהָ אֶֽת־מִ֭זְבְּחוֹתֶיךָ יְהוָ֣ה צְבָא֑וֹת מַ֝לְכִּ֗י וֵאלֹהָֽי׃

‎5 ‏אַ֭שְׁרֵי יוֹשְׁבֵ֣י בֵיתֶ֑ךָ ע֝֗וֹד יְֽהַלְל֥וּךָ סֶּֽלָה׃

‎6 ‏אַשְׁרֵ֣י אָ֭דָם עֽוֹז־ל֥וֹ בָ֑ךְ מְ֝סִלּ֗וֹת בִּלְבָבָֽם׃

‎7 ‏עֹבְרֵ֤י׀ בְּעֵ֣מֶק הַ֭בָּכָא מַעְיָ֣ן יְשִׁית֑וּהוּ גַּם־בְּ֝רָכ֗וֹת יַעְטֶ֥ה מוֹרֶֽה׃

‎8 ‏יֵ֭לְכוּ מֵחַ֣יִל אֶל־חָ֑יִל יֵרָאֶ֖ה אֶל־אֱלֹהִ֣ים בְּצִיּֽוֹן׃

‎9 ‏יְה֘וָ֤ה אֱלֹהִ֣ים צְ֭בָאוֹת שִׁמְעָ֣ה תְפִלָּתִ֑י הַאֲזִ֨ינָה אֱלֹהֵ֖י יַעֲקֹ֣ב סֶֽלָה׃

‎10 ‏מָ֭גִנֵּנוּ רְאֵ֣ה אֱלֹהִ֑ים וְ֝הַבֵּ֗ט פְּנֵ֣י מְשִׁיחֶֽךָ׃

‎11 ‏כִּ֤י טֽוֹב־י֥וֹם בַּחֲצֵרֶ֗יךָ מֵ֫אָ֥לֶף בָּחַ֗רְתִּי הִ֭סְתּוֹפֵף בְּבֵ֣ית אֱלֹהַ֑י מִ֝דּ֗וּר בְּאָהֳלֵי־רֶֽשַׁע׃

‎12 ‏כִּ֤י שֶׁ֨מֶשׁ׀ וּמָגֵן֮ יְהוָ֪ה אֱלֹ֫הִ֥ים חֵ֣ן וְ֭כָבוֹד יִתֵּ֣ן יְהוָ֑ה לֹ֥א יִמְנַע־ט֝֗וֹב לַֽהֹלְכִ֥ים בְּתָמִֽים׃

‎13 ‏יְהוָ֥ה צְבָא֑וֹת אַֽשְׁרֵ֥י אָ֝דָ֗ם בֹּטֵ֥חַ בָּֽךְ׃

2 [Benedixisti, Domine, terram tuam;
avertisti captivitatem Jacob.

3 Remisisti iniquitatem plebis tuæ;
operuisti omnia peccata eorum.

4 Mitigasti omnem iram tuam;
avertisti ab ira indignationis tuæ.

5 Converte nos, Deus salutaris noster,
et averte iram tuam a nobis.

6 Numquid in æternum irasceris nobis?
aut extendes iram tuam a generatione in generationem?

7 Deus, tu conversus vivificabis nos,
et plebs tua lætabitur in te.

8 Ostende nobis, Domine, misericordiam tuam,
et salutare tuum da nobis.

9 Audiam quid loquatur in me Dominus Deus,
quoniam loquetur pacem in plebem suam,
et super sanctos suos,
et in eos qui convertuntur ad cor.

10 Verumtamen prope timentes eum salutare ipsius,
ut inhabitet gloria in terra nostra.

11 Misericordia et veritas obviaverunt sibi;
justitia et pax osculatæ sunt.

12 Veritas de terra orta est,
et justitia de cælo prospexit.

13 Etenim Dominus dabit benignitatem,
et terra nostra dabit fructum suum.

14 Justitia ante eum ambulabit,
et ponet in via gressus suos.]
