- O give thanks54 unto the LORD; for [he is] good: because his mercy [endureth] for ever.
- 2
- Let Israel now say,4 that his mercy [endureth] for ever.

- Let the house of Aaron now say,4 that his mercy [endureth] for ever.
- 4
- Let them now that fear the LORD say,4 that his mercy [endureth] for ever.
- 5
- I called1 upon the LORD in distress: the LORD answered1 me, [and set me] in a large place.
- 6
- The LORD [is] on my side; I will not fear:4 what can man do4 unto me?
- 7
- The LORD taketh my part with them that help6 me: therefore shall I see4 [my desire] upon them that hate6 me.
- 8
- [It is] better to trust2 in the LORD than to put confidence2 in man.
- 9
- [It is] better to trust2 in the LORD than to put confidence2 in princes.
- 10
- All nations compassed me about:1 but in the name of the LORD will I destroy55 them.
- 11
- They compassed me about;1 yea, they compassed me about:1 but in the name of the LORD I will destroy55 them.
- 12
- They compassed me about1 like bees; they are quenched27 as the fire of thorns: for in the name of the LORD I will destroy55 them.

- Thou hast thrust1 sore2 at me that I might fall:2 but the LORD helped1 me.
- 14
- The LORD [is] my strength and song, and is become my salvation.
- 15
- The voice of rejoicing and salvation [is] in the tabernacles of the righteous: the right hand of the LORD doeth6 valiantly.
- 16
- The right hand of the LORD is exalted:6 the right hand of the LORD doeth6 valiantly.
- 17
- I shall not die,4 but live,4 and declare17 the works of the LORD.
- 18
- The LORD hath chastened14 me sore:15 but he hath not given me over1 unto death.
- 19
- Open3 to me the gates of righteousness: I will go4 into them, [and] I will praise55 the LORD:
- 20
- This gate of the LORD, into which the righteous shall enter.4
- 21
- I will praise55 thee: for thou hast heard1 me, and art become my salvation.
- 22
- The stone [which] the builders6 refused1 is become the head [stone] of the corner.
- 23
- This is the LORD'S doing; it [is] marvellous8 in our eyes.
- 24
- This [is] the day [which] the LORD hath made;1 we will rejoice4 and be glad4 in it.
- 25
- Save54 now, I beseech thee, O LORD: O LORD, I beseech thee, send now prosperity.54
- 26
- Blessed7 [be] he that cometh6 in the name of the LORD: we have blessed14 you out of the house of the LORD.
- 27
- God [is] the LORD, which hath shewed us light:55 bind3 the sacrifice with cords, [even] unto the horns of the altar.
- 28
- Thou [art] my God, and I will praise55 thee: [thou art] my God, I will exalt34 thee.
