Xenia
Xenios and the feminine Xenia are epithets of Zeus and Athena, describing then as presiding over the laws of hospitality, and protecting strangers. (Lat. Hospitalis ; Description of Greece by Pausanias iii. 11, in fin.; Hom. Od. xiv. 389; Cic. ad Q. Frat. ii. 12.)
